New in gSignature: Automatic update of signatures every 24 hours

We are pleased to announce a new feature in gSignature that automates the process of updating signatures. It will ensure that all your organization's email signatures are always compliant with the latest templates and changes.

Automatic update every 24 hours

In the “Settings - Advanced” section, you will find a new option “Install signatures daily”. If you enable it, the system will automatically update the signatures of all users at a certain time every day. This way, even if users manually change their signatures in Gmail or another email client, our tool will restore them to the pattern defined in gSignature.

How it works?

1. Feature activation: Go to “Settings - Advanced” and enable the “Daily reinstallation of signatures” option.
2. Set the time: Specify the time at which you want the automatic update to take place.
3. Perform the update: The system will automatically perform the update at the selected time, restoring signatures to a template-compliant state.
