Visibility of absences up to 60 days in email signatures
Administrators can now display planned employee absences up to 60 days in advance (or in a shorter, freely defined period).
This solution allows you to better inform customers and partners about the availability of your team and direct contact to the appropriate substitutes.
The new feature works with HR integrations (such as Calamari), thanks to which:
- absence data is synchronized automatically,
- clear information about vacation or business trips appears in email signatures,
- the administrator can easily determine how far in advance messages should appear in the footer.
Example of use:
“On vacation until August 12, 2025 — for urgent matters, contact: anna.nowak@firma.pl”
This makes every professional email signature a tool for transparent internal and external communication.
Improved signature installation process
We have also introduced improvements to the email signature installation flow to make the process even more stable and intuitive.
The system now:
- guides the user more precisely through the installation steps,
- responds better to errors — toast error messages are now displayed correctly and in real time,
- and eliminates ambiguous situations that could lead to installation interruptions.
Thanks to these changes, the implementation of the email signature generator in an organization is faster, and end users can easily go through the installation process regardless of the environment (Gmail, Outlook, Exchange Online).
Improved detection of payment methods and billing statuses
Another improvement is extended monitoring of payment methods and billing statuses.
The new verification system works in real time, which allows you to:
- prevent incorrect payment status changes,
- accurately recognize and update payment methods,
- maintain full data consistency in the Billing module.
This gives administrators the confidence that all billing information is accurate and up-to-date, and that any payment issues are detected immediately.
