Email notification for new administrators

From now on, when the main administrator invites a new person to the gSignature application, the system automatically sends an email notification about granting access.

The email contains basic information about the role, a link to log in, and tips for starting the account for the first time.

This ensures that new administrators are immediately informed that they have been added to the system, and onboarding into the team is faster and requires no additional communication.

This feature is particularly useful in larger organizations where several people share responsibilities related to email signature configuration, integrations, or banner campaigns.

Editing a signature template directly in the generator

The second new feature is the “Edit in Generator” function, which allows you to quickly switch from the main application panel to the template editor. If you are creating or modifying an email signature in the main application and want to make changes to the layout, color scheme, or HTML style, simply click the new “Edit in Generator” button available in template edit mode.

When you select this option, the system automatically takes you to the email signature generator, where you can make visual or text changes and then save them without having to re-import the template.

This feature streamlines the workflow and eliminates the need to manually switch between tools. This is especially useful when frequently updating banners, CTAs, or graphic elements in signatures.
