Planning a change of e-mail signature

Scheduling a signature change is a useful option if you want to set a e-mail signature change in advance. The system then helps schedule its updates after a temporary change, such as when to revert to the default design. This is used, among other things, to run campaigns where for a predetermined period of time the e-mail signature of employees has a different appearance, such as decoration with a prize received for the company or there is  a banner in it promoting a selected product or service from the offer.

E-mail signature we can plan for:

  • user,
  • organizational unit
  • all in the domain.

We just need to select a specific time range from when it should change (you can set the start day from “today” and immediately install the selected start template) and when to stop and go back to another design, which, for example, we use by default. All you have to do is select the appropriate footer template by name.

The new signature substitutes automatically, no more manual changes are required.

This option allows you to create support for your marketing campaign, using, for example, changing footer banners, for the entire domain automatically. The scheduled template has a higher priority than the default template for new employees. When an administrator schedules a template change, any new users added at that time will receive the scheduled template instead of the default template. This ensures that new employees receive the most up-to-date and appropriate templates according to the administrator's plan.
