After clicking on the drop-down list, we can select the variables that describe the employees in the signatures. Name, email, profile picture are already enabled by default in advance. In the list, we can select other variables such as position, department or communicator used. There are more than 25 variables we can use.

 We can also add additional custom dynamic variables if needed.

Administrators can save updated data to the employee's card without having to run the installation. This allows updates without having to reload the employee's signature. A separate “Save and Install” button is still available for administrators who want to save changes and reload the signature for an employee.
