New features in gSignature: template editing directly in the generator and notifications for new administrators
November 6, 2025
The new features include:
- email notifications for new administrators invited to the application,
- signature template editing directly in the generator.
Both new features have a common goal — to simplify the email signature management process as much as possible and improve collaboration between teams, regardless of the size of the organization.
🔔 Email notifications for new administrators
In large organizations, several people often share responsibilities related to email signature configuration, implementations, or campaign updates. Until now, new administrators were added manually and notified internally, e.g., via instant messenger or email.
From now on, this process has been completely automated.
When the main administrator invites a new person to the gSignature application, the system automatically sends a welcome message with a notification that access has been granted.
The email contains:
- basic information about the assigned role,
- a login link,
- brief instructions on how to start using the account.
This way, new administrators are immediately informed about being added to the system, can quickly start working, and do not require additional instructions.
This feature is particularly useful in organizations where email signature management is a task shared between IT, HR, and marketing departments.
The new notifications not only speed up onboarding, but also minimize the risk of mistakes related to lack of access or incorrect invitations.
✏️ Editing the signature template directly in the generator
The second improvement is the “Edit in Generator” feature, a solution that significantly speeds up the process of modifying email signatures.
Until now, to change the layout, colors, or style of a signature previously created in the generator, the administrator had to manually switch between tools or re-import the HTML code.
Now, all it takes is one click.
In template editing mode, a new “Edit in Generator” button has appeared in the main panel of the application, which automatically takes the user to the visual editor.
There, you can:
- change the signature layout,
- add or update banners and CTAs,
- adjust colors and typography to current branding standards,
- edit text content and dynamic data.
Once you're done editing, just save your changes and gSignature will automatically update the template in the system — no need to re-import or reinstall the signature.
This makes working with signatures faster, smoother, and more user-friendly, even for non-technical people.
Why these changes are important
The new features are in line with gSignature's core philosophy: to simplify, automate, and integrate all processes related to creating and managing email signatures.
The new notifications streamline administrative collaboration, and the ability to edit templates directly in the generator speeds up the response to the needs of marketing, HR, and communications teams.
In practice, this means:
✅ fewer clicks and shorter setup time,
✅ full control over templates without manual code operations,
✅ faster implementation of updates across the organization,
✅ greater transparency and security in permission management.
🌐 Another step towards automation
gSignature is constantly developing features that allow companies to create and maintain consistent, aesthetic, and brand-compliant email signatures without the need to involve the IT department.
New notification and editing options in the generator are another step towards full automation of email footer management.
They give administrators more control, save teams time, and ensure that every company message remains professional and up to date.
