New feature in gSignature: Automatically update your email signature with planned absences!

Struggling with remembering to update your email signature every time you plan a vacation? We have a great solution for you! gSignature introduces a new feature that will automatically add your absence information to your signature. This way you will always inform your recipients about your availability.
How does the integration with Google Calendar work?
- Activation:
- Just go to Settings and enable the Scheduled Absences option .
- The system will automatically create a new variable ${userPlannedAbsence}, which you can use in your signature template.
- Just go to Settings and enable the Scheduled Absences option .
- Connect to Google Calendar:
- gSignature will connect to your Google Calendar and keep you up to date with events marked as “Out of Office”.
- gSignature will connect to your Google Calendar and keep you up to date with events marked as “Out of Office”.
- Automatic update:
- Any new absence added to your calendar (Out of office) longer than 8 hours will automatically appear in your email signature.
- To update an already existing event, simply edit it.
