  1. Can employees set e-mail signatures on their own?

Yes, employees have this possibility. The application administrator decides whether employees will have access to edit their e-mail signatures and to what extent. For example, you can allow them to change their contact information, but block them from editing the template itself.

  1. What data syncs automatically between Google Workspace and gSignature?

By default, basic employee data such as first name, last name, email address, work phone, cell phone, position and department are synchronized . This ensures that all information in the signature is always up-to-date.

  1. Are there any restrictions on the length of e-mail signatures?

Yes, Google Workspace API imposes some limitations. The maximum length of e-mail signatures is 10,000 characters.

  1. Can I delete an employee account in gSignature?

Directly deleting an account in gSignature is not possible. The application works closely with Google Workspace, so deleting an employee's account in Google Workspace will automatically remove it from gSignature as well.

  1. What if I don't have my data completed in Google Workspace?

If you are missing some data in Google Workspace, you have several options:

  • Complete the data in Google Workspace: Enable the auto-sync option in the gSignature settings so that the data is automatically updated.
  • Edit data directly in gSignature: You can manually add missing information in the “Employees” tab.
  • Import data from a CSV file: Prepare a CSV file with the necessary data and import it into the application.

  1. Is it possible to add more administrators?

Yes, you can add as many administrators as you want. All you need to do is log in to the application and in the “Admins” tab add the email addresses of new users.

  1. Can an employee edit his data on his own?

Yes, if the administrator gives him such permissions. Employees can edit their data in the “My Account” tab.

  1. I have multiple domains, they will also be included in gSignature?

Yes, no problem. Just submit additional domains to us and we will add them to the system.

  1. Can I reinstall signatures to excluded addresses?

Yes, of course. If you have previously excluded an employee from using the application, you can restore this possibility at any time. However, remember that once installed, a signature cannot be removed from within the application. Therefore, it is worth thinking carefully about the list of excluded addresses before installing signatures for the first time.
