Domain and subdomain management and Microsoft login in gSignature

Manage domains and subdomains in a single account
The new Domain Management feature allows administrators to add, edit, and manage domains and subdomains associated with their organization without having to access the Google Workspace console.
Multiple company domains, such as the main domain, departmental subdomains, or product brand domains, can be assigned to a single main account in gSignature. Each of them can be managed independently, while maintaining full control over the organizational structure.
What Domain Management offers in practice
Administrators can:
- manage each domain independently of the others,
- assign domains to specific teams, roles, or departments,
- create and edit dedicated email signature templates,
- apply separate rules and signature assignment logic for different domains.
This approach is particularly useful in multi-branch organizations, capital groups, and companies operating under several brands. It allows you to maintain consistency in communication and branding while taking into account the differences between teams or business units.
With centralized domain management, administrators can deploy professional e-mail signatures faster and reduce manual signature configuration tasks.
Login and registration via Microsoft
Another important new feature is the ability to log in and create accounts in gSignature using Microsoft credentials. Users can now use their Microsoft 365 credentials to register and log in without having to create a separate password.
The new login screen supports full Microsoft authorization, which translates into:
- secure login based on Microsoft Entra ID,
- simplified application access process,
- faster implementation in organizations using Outlook and Exchange Online.
For IT teams, this means fewer accounts and passwords to manage, and for end users, a convenient and consistent way to access the tool.
Better integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
The introduction of Microsoft login is another step towards the full integration of gSignature with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Administrators and end users can work in a single, consistent environment without having to switch between different authentication systems.
Combined with centralized domain management, this makes it easier to implement automatic email signatures in Outlook and Exchange Online and keep your organizational structure tidy.
Why these changes matter
Multi-domain management and Microsoft sign-in are features that truly simplify the daily work of administrators. They allow you to configure your environment faster, maintain branding consistency, and reduce errors resulting from manual settings.
The new sign-in eliminates barriers to entry for organizations working in Microsoft 365, and Domain Management gives you complete flexibility in managing email signatures in complex domain structures.
This is the next stage in the development of gSignature as a complete solution for managing email signatures, domains, and corporate communications—regardless of whether your organization operates in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or a hybrid environment.
What is the domain structure and login method in your company—and which of these improvements would most facilitate the daily work of administrators?
