We have modernized all methods of connecting to Google Workspace, which has significantly accelerated:

– signature installation,

– synchronization of employee, group, and organizational unit data.

Processes are now not only faster but also more stable, making signature implementation in large organizations even more efficient.

👤 Extended user settings control

‍

Administrators now have more options for managing what users can do in the “My Account” section. In addition to the existing features (signature approval, banner disabling), you can now also control:

‍

– the ability to add your own links to signatures, – permission to use their own profile picture (avatar),

– the ability to upload and use handwritten signatures.
