Payment terms

Paid accounts are settled automatically at the end of the month and payments are made in arrears with a payment period of 14 days. The accounts available in Google Workspace minus the excluded accounts are taken into account in the settlement for the given month, the balance on the last working day of the month. Accounts that have been removed from Google Workspace in a given month are also automatically removed from gSignature and billing.

Final billing model: all current Google Workspace accounts minus excluded addresses that are marked with the status “Excluded” in the “Employees” tab. The calculated number of main accounts (without aliases) of employees at the end of the month gives the final number of payable accounts in the subscription.

During the trial period, after logging into the application, a trial period counter will appear with a field informing you when the trial period will end (taking into account the trial end date). After the trial period ends, you will be asked to send an email to contact@gsignature.com to request a subscription offer.
