Payment terms
Billing for paid accounts occurs automatically at the end of the month, and payments are made in arrears with a 14-day payment period. The billing for a given month includes accounts available in Google Workspace minus excluded accounts, with the balance as of the last business day of the month. Accounts that have been deleted from Google Workspace in a given month are also automatically removed from gSignature and billing.
The subscription model is linked to plans (Core, Growth, Enterprise) and the option of monthly or annual billing; an annual plan with an additional discount is also available.
Final cost calculation model: all current Google Workspace accounts minus excluded addresses that are marked with the “Excluded” status in the “Employees” tab. The number of main accounts (without aliases) of employees at the end of the month calculated in this way gives the final number of paid accounts in the subscription.
The trial period is 14 days (for all plans), and during the trial, a “Email signature created by gS” watermark may appear. The watermark can be disabled by adding a payment card, and after switching to a paid subscription, the watermark is automatically removed.
During the trial period, after logging into the application, a trial period counter will appear with a field informing you when the trial period will end.
After the trial ends, you will be asked to send an email to contact@gsignature.com to receive a subscription offer.
If the transaction fails, there is a “Retry Payment” button in Billing Settings that allows you to retry the payment with a single click.
