Payment terms

Settlement of paid accounts is automatic at the end of the month, and payments are in arrears with a 14-day payment period. Accounts available in Google Workspace minus excluded accounts, the balance as of the last working day of the month, are included in the billing for the month. Accounts that have been removed from Google Workspace in a given month are also automatically removed from gSignature and billing.

Final costing model: all current accounts with Google Workspace minus excluded addresses that are marked with the status "Excluded" in the "Employees" tab The number of main accounts (without aliases) of employees at the end of the month calculated in this way gives the final number of paid accounts in the subscription.

During the test period, when you log in to the application, you will see a trial period counter with a box indicating when the period will end (taking into account the test end date). At the end of the test, you will receive information to send an email to contact@gsignature.com for a subscription offer.
