"Overwrite data by Google sync"-gives the ability to automatically overwrite data, after editing in Google Workspace. You must then press the "Google Sync" button in the "Employees" tab each time, independently, for the data to download. If the action is to be performed automatically, and the updated data entered directly into the signatures, the following option should also be checked as enabled.  Administrators can decide whether users can accept pre-installed signatures in Settings - Advanced. To accept this, users must log in to app.gsignature.com and click Save and Install. This option is also linked to the user's ability to accept or remove a banner from their signature. 

The employee's signature acceptance status can be seen in the Employees tab of the Signature Accepted column. 

IMPORTANT: In order to manually sync profile pictures, you need to run the Google Sync button in the “Employees” tab to force the sync of the employee's picture from Google Workspace to gSignature, the “Update footer if Google data changes” option should be enabled, in order to automatically reload the picture in signatures. This is because Google's API does not automatically send information about the change of the employee's photo, so you need to “force” this synchronization yourself.

Admins can decide whether users can accept pre-installed signatures in Settings - Advanced. In order to accept this, the user must log into the app.gsignature.com and click on the save & install button. This option is also connected to the option to accept or remove the banner by the user from its signature.


IMPORTANT! "Update e-mail signature if Google data changes". - gives you the ability to automatically update employee data based on Google Workspace data and automatically install new data in the employee's e-mail signature. In addition to the employee's photo, which requires the use of the "Sync Google" button to get added to gSignature.If the above options are disabled, and a new account is added to Google Workspace then the user will be immediately visible in the "Employees" tab with the name and email address set as the minimum data set.

The default country code prefix is added automatically to properly format the phone numbers used in the ${formattedMobileNumber} and ${formattedPhoneNumber} variable, allowing the phone number to be automatically formatted in the email signature according to the standard used in the selected country.
