New look for the main menu and improved navigation in gSignature

The new interface is not just a visual change—it is a real improvement in ergonomics, speed, and clarity of the entire system.
What has changed in the main menu
The new gSignature menu has been designed from scratch with readability and easier navigation in mind. Sections are now better grouped, and the most frequently used functions are available “at a glance.” .
This allows both administrators and end users to find the tools they need faster and perform operations with fewer clicks.
As part of the update, we have also redesigned the layout of the Employee Card and Template Editor.
The new “Save & Reinstall” feature allows you to save changes to a template with a single click and automatically reinstall signatures for all assigned users — without having to leave the edit view.
This is a huge improvement, especially with frequent updates to banner campaigns, CTAs, or contact details.

New template creation process
The “e-mail signatures” section has been completely redesigned. From now on, users can choose between two modes for creating signatures:
- Generator — ideal for those who want to create a signature in a few minutes using ready-made blocks and dynamic variables.
- Visual Editor – an advanced mode for those who want full control over layout, styles, and HTML elements.
This allows gSignature to adapt to the user's work style – whether you're just getting started with the signature editor or creating HTML e-mail signature templates for entire marketing and HR departments.
Both modes are fully compatible, which means you can switch between them at any time without losing your settings or data.

Improved Employee tab
The Employees tab has a completely new layout and significantly greater functionality.
Administrators can now view and edit user data more quickly, as well as manage assigned signature templates without having to open additional views.
This makes updating contact details, assigning signatures, and verifying changes more seamless and transparent.
The new tab layout also facilitates integration with HR systems and data import from CSV files or company directories, which significantly speeds up the onboarding of new employees in the system.
New Variables menu in the Editor
One of the most visible changes in the update is the new Variables panel.
This tool has been completely redesigned to speed up template personalization and make it easier to work with dynamic data.
Variables can now be used in the following ways:
- organized – they have been divided into logical categories (e.g., personal data, company data, contact information),
- interactive – you can drag and drop variables directly into your signature design,
- intuitive – quick search and variable name copying functions have been added.

This makes creating professional email signatures even more flexible and accessible, even for those without HTML experience.
