What are groups in gSignature?


Groups in gSignature are virtual teams that can be assigned specific email signatures. Thus, you can easily manage signatures for different departments, projects or locations.

How does the automatic assignment of signatures work?


When a new user is added to a group, the signature defined for that group is automatically assigned to that user. Similarly, if there are changes to a group's signature, they will automatically be applied to all members of that group.

Application scenarios:


  • New employee: When a new employee is added to a group, he/she will automatically receive the corresponding email signature.
  • Department change: If an employee changes department, their signature will be automatically updated.
  • New campaign: You can create a special group for employees involved in a new campaign and assign them a dedicated signature.
