In the latest update of gSignature, we have introduced two groundbreaking features that achieve these goals:

🔹 the ability to assign individual badges in internal signatures,

🔹 and the official release of the gSignature app on Google Workspace Marketplace.

New: Individual badges in internal signatures

What are badges? They are visual markers assigned to specific people in an organization, visible only in internal communication.

They allow you to highlight a specific employee, role, achievement, or initiative without having to modify the content of an email or involve the employee.

How does it work?

🔧 Administrators have access to a library of ready-made graphic badges.

👥 They can assign them to selected users (individually or in groups).

📩 The employee receives an automatic notification about the badge,

✉️ The badge appears automatically in the internal e-mail signature, without the need to edit the template.

Importantly, the system works in server-side mode, so it does not require any action on the part of the end user.

Examples of use:

  • “Team mentor” – for people who support the development of others,
  • “New employee” – as a form of welcome to the organization,
  • “Brand ambassador” – for internal campaign leaders,
  • “Customer service champion” – for exceptional results,
  • “Technical expert” – recognition of industry knowledge.

Why does it work?

Another new feature is a milestone for administrators and organizations using Google Workspace: gSignature can now be installed directly from Google Workspace Marketplace.
