Chrome extension for email signatures without server-side integration – new possibilities in gSignature

Features

July 15, 2025

A new way to implement – fast, simple, and without IT

The extension works as a standalone tool, so you can use it:

  • directly from your Chrome browser,
  • without installing scripts or applications,
  • without knowledge of HTML or CSS,
  • without integration with the Google API.

With just one click, you can activate a ready-made HTML email signature tailored to the type of communication – external or internal.

Two signatures – one simple mechanism

A new feature in gSignature is the ability to use two different email signatures – depending on the recipient of the message. For internal messages, this can be a signature containing links to the company intranet or achievement badges, and for external messages – a more formal version with a CTA or promotional banner.

This is a huge convenience for companies that communicate with different audiences and need a flexible yet consistent solution.

Who is this solution for?

The Chrome extension was created for:

  • marketing and HR teams that want to quickly implement new campaigns,
  • administrators who want to reduce the number of technical support tickets,
  • small businesses without an IT department that need professional email signatures without complicated configuration.

It's also ideal for companies that don't use Google Workspace but want to maintain full control over their branding in email communications.

Zero effort – zero problems

Key benefits of the extension:

  • no server-side integration required,
  • signatures applied immediately after login,
  • signatures can be updated and modified in real time,
  • effortless communication consistency.

The extension eliminates the need to copy signature code, know HTML, or make manual edits. Instead, the user receives a ready-made and automatically assigned template that works immediately after installation.
