Streamlined payments, greater system stability, and better administrator support
January 7, 2026
Improved payment processing
The payment system has been expanded to include full support for Stripe Link, which allows for faster payments using saved payment methods. This makes the subscription payment process shorter and more intuitive, especially for users who regularly manage plans and licenses.
In addition, we have made several important changes in the area of billing:
- for monthly plans, a dialog box now appears at the first Stripe payment, explaining how fees are calculated at the end of the month, including the proportional cost,
- for annual plans, the administrator can immediately select the number of licenses when purchasing in Stripe, and for active subscriptions, there is an additional Add licenses button, which adds the cost proportionally to the remaining period,
- in the Payment Method section, we have added a Subscription info panel, which shows the next billing date and estimated cost for monthly and annual plans,
- For VAT-exempt organizations, there is a new Charity / VAT exempt option that disables VAT validation.
- Super administrators have been given an Invoice user count field, allowing them to manually override the number of active licenses used for invoicing in annual plans.
Application stability and performance
In the background of the application, we have implemented a new asynchronous task queuing system that supports all gSignature services. As a result:
- tasks performed in the background are processed in a more predictable manner,
- the stability of the application under heavy load has improved,
- the risk of errors resulting from parallel operations has been significantly reduced.
In addition, we have improved the retry logic in the synchronization queue, eliminating situations where some records could be skipped after an error.
Better work with the Gemini AI editor
The Gemini AI editor has been enhanced with a conversation history, which allows users to:
- view previous AI work sessions,
- continue editing templates based on previous prompts,
- maintain continuity in working on the content and layout of templates.
This improvement makes it particularly easy to iterate on signature and message templates without having to re-describe the context.
Clearer integration settings
In the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 integration settings, we have added informative labels that clearly indicate:
- what administrator permissions are required for proper integration,
- what steps need to be taken on the IT side.
In addition, direct links are available to quickly notify the administrator if the user does not have the required permissions. This significantly reduces implementation time and misunderstandings during the configuration phase.
Synchronization improvements for super administrators and paid plans
We have also expanded the data synchronization monitoring mechanisms:
- super administrators can now see detailed synchronization errors even when the entire process has been generally successful,
- and synchronization notifications are more precise and diagnostically helpful.
These changes make it easier to quickly identify problems and provide better control over data in larger organizations.
What this update means in practice
All of the improvements have one common goal: to increase the reliability of gSignature, simplify subscription and integration management, and provide administrators with better visibility into the processes taking place in the system. This makes everyday work with the application more predictable, faster, and better suited to the needs of IT, finance, and administration teams.
In your daily work, do you appreciate improvements related to payments, system stability, or greater transparency of integration and data synchronization?
