Now you can with one click download all employee signatures in .htm format, ideal for direct import into Outlook. You can distribute the signatures to employees individually. This means that:
- You save time: You no longer have to manually download and import each signature individually.

- You increase efficiency: Quickly updating signatures for all employees saves time and resources.
How it works? Just use the new “Download all signatures” button. The system will automatically create a zip file containing all signatures in .htm format, which you can then extract and import into Outlook.
With this feature, you can quickly introduce new visual standards for email signatures of the entire organization including those employees who use Outlook programs, ensuring a consistent and professional corporate image.
