One of the most important features of this update is the implementation of Pricing 2.0, along with restrictions for the Basic plan. These changes are designed to improve billing accuracy and simplify subscription management. We’ve streamlined payment method support, improved the mechanism for updating plans with prorated billing, added the ability to use the VAT exempt option, and introduced the retry payment feature, which allows you to retry a failed payment without unnecessary complications.

We’ve also devoted a lot of attention to data synchronization with external systems. Synchronization with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Calamari now works more stably and predictably. We’ve increased the reliability of data updates, added the ability to synchronize individual users, improved error reporting, and streamlined queue processing. In practice, this means faster problem detection, easier failure diagnosis, and greater control over data flow between systems.

Significant changes have also been made to onboarding. We’ve redesigned this process to be more modern and intuitive for both administrators and end users. The new onboarding includes social media integration, real-time previews, and a simplified user data collection process. As a result, signature implementation and profile configuration are faster, and users can see what their signature will ultimately look like while they’re still filling in their data.

The update also brings a number of additional improvements that impact daily work with the system. We’ve improved absence management, stabilized the signature installation process, and increased the performance of the backend, frontend, and AI systems. We have introduced a new Branch module, which supports organizations managing multiple locations and requiring separate templates for branches. We have also expanded support for variables, added integration with workplace addresses, and launched automatic organization data refresh.

Changes to the role system are also an important part of this update. The previous Partner role has been replaced by the Group Manager role. The system now uses the GROUP_MANAGER role instead of the outdated PARTNER, and all existing partner roles have been automatically migrated. This change clarifies permission semantics and improves the access management model in multi-domain environments.

At the same time, we have added a completely new Reseller role, designed for managing domain sales. The RESELLER role has been introduced into the permissions system as a separate access level for users responsible for domain sales and serving multiple clients. It includes appropriate permission control mechanisms and access to reseller functions related to managing client domains and licenses.

As part of the application reorganization, we have also removed the /partners tab, which is no longer in use. Along with it, we have cleaned up old routes and components related to the former partner logic, which became unnecessary after the migration to the Group Manager role. This not only simplifies the application structure but also reduces the amount of obsolete code and improves the consistency of the entire system.

This update is another step toward a more scalable, stable, and predictable platform for managing email signatures. On the one hand, it strengthens technical foundations such as billing, synchronization, and queues, and on the other, it develops business-critical features such as reseller roles, the Branch module, and improved onboarding.
