New templates and improvements to the Chrome extension

6 new signature templates available in the Generator

We have expanded our email signature generator with six brand new templates that are ready to use right away – no HTML configuration required. All of them have been designed with modern business communication in mind:

‍

• different layouts (horizontal, vertical, with or without icons),
• options with highlighted CTA (Call To Action),
• compatibility with dynamic variables.

You can find the new designs in the Generator tab in the gSignature app – they are available free of charge to all users.

With the new options, you can easily create an HTML email signature that is consistent with your company's visual identity and tailored to the user's role.

Improvements to the Chrome extension

‍

The gSignature for Chrome extension has been updated with new mechanisms for automatic email context recognition. New features include:

‍

• automatic recipient differentiation (internal, external, mixed) and appropriate signature matching,
• Automatically insert signature content into new messages and replies
• Faster loading of email signatures in the Gmail compose window

‍

With these improvements, you no longer need to manually select the signature type — everything happens automatically, keeping your communication consistent and saving you time.
