New Subscription tab and integration of work email address with Google Workspace
December 22, 2025
New Subscription tab with plan comparison
We have added a dedicated Subscription tab to the administration panel, which presents a complete overview of available plans and the current billing model in one place. The new view has been designed so that administrators can quickly understand the differences between plans and choose the option that best suits their team's needs.
The new Subscription tab includes:
- detailed descriptions of the features available in each plan,
- a clear comparison of the differences between plans,
- a simplified structure of plans and prices, improving the transparency of billing,
- and easier assessment of which features are available to marketing, HR, and IT teams.
Thanks to this change, managing licenses and costs for the email signature generator has become more predictable, and decisions about choosing a plan no longer require analyzing several views or documentation.
Updated billing structure
Along with the introduction of the new tab, we have reorganized the structure of billing plans. The goal was to:
- simplify the logic of the plans,
- better match pricing options to real-world usage scenarios,
- and more clearly link features to specific plans.
These changes help administrators quickly understand how a given subscription supports creating an e-mail signature, automation, and signature management on a larger scale.
Work address integration with Google Workspace
The second key new feature in this update is the integration of work addresses with Google Workspace user profiles. The system automatically retrieves the work address stored in the user's profile and makes it available as a dynamic variable, ready for use in signature templates.
The new variable:
- ${userWorkAddress}
allows administrators to automatically display an employee's work address in their email signature without having to manually fill in the data or import CSV files.
How work address integration works
After active integration with Google Workspace:
- gSignature retrieves the work address directly from the user's profile,
- the data is synchronized automatically and treated as the source of truth,
- the ${userWorkAddress} variable can be used in any HTML e-mail signature,
- address changes on the Google Workspace side are automatically reflected in signatures.
This ensures that signatures in work emails always contain up-to-date and consistent address information, which is particularly important in organizations that are:
- multi-branch,
- internationally active,
- subject to formal or legal requirements.
What administrators and teams gain
With this update:
- it is easier to compare plans and manage your subscription from one place,
- the billing structure is more transparent and predictable,
- employee address data is fully automated,
- professional email signatures always remain up to date without manual editing,
- and administrators can build consistent, complete Outlook and Gmail signature templates faster.
The new Subscription tab and the integration of work email addresses with Google Workspace are another step towards full automation and centralized management of data used in email signatures. Thanks to these changes, gSignature now supports companies even more effectively in scalable, secure, and organized email communication management.
