New server-side mode for even better control over signatures

🔹 Automatically add signatures without refreshing Gmail
The new mechanism immediately attaches signatures to messages after installation, eliminating the need to manually refresh the interface.
🔹 Full consistency of signatures on all devices and systems
Server-Side mode allows you to centrally manage signatures in Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, CRMs, accounting systems, calendars and other tools that send emails from your domain.
🔹 No 10,000 character limit in Gmail
Gmail has a character limit for signatures? Not with gSignature! The new solution allows you to add more elaborate signatures without worrying about limitations.
🔹 Signatures in all messages - including replies and forwarded emails
By default, Gmail applies the new signature only to the first email. Thanks to Server-Side, every message - whether new, forwarded or replied to - will contain the correct signature.
🔹 Precise management of internal and external signatures
We will soon add the ability to set different signatures for internal and external recipients, allowing you to tailor your organization's communication even better.
🔎 Additional control and preview before sending
The system prevents duplicate signatures – you avoid the situation where an email contains a signature added by Gmail, Outlook and the server at the same time. You can also preview the message before sending to make sure the signature looks as expected.
