New installation process for new accounts in gSignature

Individual installation
The administrator can install email signatures locally on their account using the Chrome extension (also compatible with Microsoft Edge).
This is an ideal solution for smaller teams, testing, or the first launch of gSignature—the whole process takes just a few clicks, with no configuration required on the user side.
Installation for the entire organization

For companies using cloud systems, we have prepared the option of implementing signatures globally across the entire organization. The administrator can choose one of the following options:
- Google Workspace Marketplace App – automatic installation of signatures in the Google Workspace domain, without the need to manually make changes in Gmail,
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Outlook Add-in – implementation of signatures in Outlook, Exchange Online, and the Outlook desktop application.
The new installation wizard guides the administrator step by step, presenting short descriptions of each method, their applications, and recommendations for choosing the best solution depending on the IT infrastructure.
This makes the configuration process faster, more transparent, and tailored to the way your organization works, whether you use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Where to find the new feature
The new installation process appears automatically during the initial configuration of the administrative account. You can return to it at any time from Settings → Installation.
This update is another step towards full automation and intuitiveness of working with gSignature — a program for creating email footers that allows you to quickly implement, manage, and update professional email signatures across your organization.
