New in gSignature: one click to update all signatures

We are pleased to announce a new, extremely useful feature that will allow you to update email signatures for all employees and their aliases even faster and easier.

One button to update all signatures

A new "Install All ” button has been added to the templates section. With it, you can install the current version of the signature for all employees and their email aliases with one click. You no longer have to manually go through each profile and run the installation for each of them.

How it works?

  1. Select a template: Select the template you want to apply to all users.
  2. Click “Install all.” Start the process of installing signatures in bulk.
  3. Track progress: A progress bar will appear on the screen to let you know the installation status for each user.

Why use this feature?

  • Time saving: You will reduce the time it takes to update signatures for all users.
  • Convenience: You will have the entire process in one place, without having to go through each profile.
  • Consistency: You will ensure that all employees are using the latest version of the signature.

Additional benefits:

  • History viewing: You can easily track when and for which users the last signature installation was performed.
