New functionality for exporting signatures

With the new feature, you can now:

• Copy the HTML code of your signature: This feature allows you to quickly and easily paste your finished signature into any HTML editor or other email program.

• Download signature in .htm format: The .htm format is commonly used in email programs such as Outlook. With this feature, you can quickly add your personalized signature to your Outlook settings.

How it works. After creating your unique signature, go to the “My Account. There, under the footer, you will find two new buttons: “Copy HTML signature” and ‘Download for Outlook’. Clicking the first one will automatically copy the HTML code to your device's clipboard. To download the signature in .htm format, just click on the Download for Outlook button and the file will be automatically saved to your computer. The same view of the buttons is both in the My Account tab and in each employee's file in the Employees tab.
