From now on, all changes to absence text settings (both in Google Calendar and in the Calamari integration) are automatically updated in email signatures. This means that if an administrator changes the content of the message, e.g.:

“On vacation” → “Out of the office until August 15,”

or edits the substitute text (“Contact: anna.nowak@firma.pl”),

all email signatures in the organization will refresh automatically, without the need for reinstallation.

This gives HR teams and administrators full control over absence communication, and employee e-mail signatures always contain up-to-date and consistent information.

This improvement is particularly important for organizations using HR integration and work scheduling systems, where frequent schedule changes are the norm.

Backend improvements – greater stability and security

We have updated the gSignature backend version, which has resulted in:

• better traffic and system load management,
• a higher level of data security.
