gSignature now supports Outlook – automatic and centralized email signatures
December 24, 2024
🔹 Automatic synchronization of signatures for Outlook Desktop
Thanks to the integration with PowerShell, IT administrators can implement a script that:
✅ Automatically synchronizes email signatures on users' computers, eliminating the need for manual configuration.
✅ Supports a synchronization schedule, ensuring that signatures are always up to date.
✅ Works in the background, without disrupting users' daily work.
🔹 Flexible implementation - for Google Workspace and independent mail providers
The new feature can be used in a variety of environments:
✔️ As a supplement for Google Workspace, enabling consistency of signatures across platforms.
✔️ For independent mail providers, i.e. organizations that do not use Google or Microsoft Exchange.
🔹 Easy import of CSV files
Administrators can now import user data locally using CSV files, which streamlines the signature deployment process for Outlook Desktop. This solution is particularly useful for companies managing a large number of users.
With this update, Outlook users can enjoy consistent, professional and automatically updated email signatures, which improves brand identification and saves time for IT teams.
