Google Wallet for digital business cards, automated welcome emails, and a new Reseller plan.
February 23, 2026
The new card automatically adapts to the company’s visual identity by adopting the brand’s colors and also includes the employee’s profile photo. As a result, the digital business card is not just a simple data carrier, but becomes a cohesive, professional element of brand communication. This is particularly important for organizations that want to ensure a consistent presentation of their employees when interacting with clients, partners, and candidates.
The second significant update is the introduction of automatic welcome emails for new employees upon initial domain setup. The system now sends a personalized welcome message to users when the domain is first deployed or when a new employee is added to the platform. This enhancement significantly improves onboarding and accelerates the user’s first interaction with the system.
Welcome messages contain a secure magic sign-in link that allows the employee to log in to their account immediately without having to set or remember a password. This solution simplifies the process of accessing the system, lowers the barrier to the first login, and enhances user convenience from the very first interaction with the platform. At the same time, a high level of security is maintained, as access is granted via a dedicated, secure link.
The third major change concerns partners and agencies managing multiple client domains. We have introduced a new Reseller plan along with dedicated management logic and isolated reporting. This solution was designed for resellers who need a central location to manage their client portfolio without the risk of mixing data across organizations.
Under the new plan, resellers gain access to a special management tab where they can add and remove client domains, monitor license usage across their entire portfolio, and view aggregated billing reports. A key element of this model is full data isolation. Each reseller sees only information regarding their own clients, ensuring an appropriate level of security and operational transparency.
The new Reseller plan is an important step in the development of gSignature as a platform not only for individual organizations but also for partners, integrators, and agencies serving multiple companies simultaneously. This model makes it easier to scale collaboration with clients, control licenses, and manage domains from a single location, while maintaining clearly separated data and reports.
The entire update expands gSignature in three key areas. On the one hand, it enhances the value of digital business cards through integration with Google Wallet; on the other, it streamlines the onboarding of new users with automated welcome messages; and third, it strengthens the partner offering through a new reseller plan. The result is a more modern, scalable, and user-friendly platform that better meets the needs of employees, administrators, and business partners alike.
