Easier signature editing and simpler onboarding

We have introduced two important updates that improve working with email signatures in gSignature:

🔹 Improved signature editing process

• When editing a signature, a live preview with real user data is available.

• This allows you to immediately check the appearance of the signature in the final version, which makes it easier to control the formatting and aesthetics.
  
• In addition, it is possible to quickly generate new templates in the editor.

🔹 Improved onboarding with the first template

• After logging in for the first time, a new user (customer or tester) receives an automatically loaded starter template.
  
• The template already has the first employee assigned with their data and synchronized company colors and logo.
  
• Editing is possible both in the visual editor (rich editor) and in the template generator.
• The last step is to use the signature with the Chrome extension or one-click integration with Google Workspace.
  

Thanks to these changes, the process of configuring signatures in gSignature becomes simpler and more intuitive – from the first login to everyday work with signatures.
