From now on, gSignature administrators can add, edit, and manage domains and subdomains associated with their organization—without having to access the Google Workspace panel. The new Domain Management section allows you to assign multiple company domains (e.g., company.com, marketing.company.com, support.company.com) to a single main account in gSignature.

Each domain can be:

‍

• managed independently,
• assigned to separate teams, roles, or departments,
• edited in the context of its own templates and signature rules.

This solution is particularly useful in multi-branch organizations, capital groups, and companies operating under several brands.

This gives administrators full control over the domain structure and allows them to implement professional e-mail signatures for different segments of the organization more quickly.

Microsoft login

‍

The second new feature is the ability to log in and register using Microsoft credentials.

Users can now create accounts in gSignature or log in to existing profiles using their Microsoft 365 credentials.

The new login screen supports full Microsoft authorization, which means:

• secure login via Microsoft Entra ID,
• no need to create a separate password,
• easier implementation in organizations using Exchange Online and Outlook.

With this update, gSignature integrates even better with the Microsoft ecosystem, offering a consistent working environment for administrators and end users.

This simplifies day-to-day account management and allows you to implement automatic email signatures in an even more integrated way.
