Payment history

What information can you find in the payment history?

  • Payment date: The exact date of each transaction.
  • Amount: The total payment amount.
  • Payment description: A detailed description of what the payment was for (e.g. subscription renewal, additional modules).
  • Payment method: Information about the payment method (e.g. credit card, bank transfer).

How to use the billing history?

  1. Go to the “Options” section. You will find it in the main menu of the application.
  2. Select the “Billing history” tab https://app.gsignature.com/settings/billing . You will be taken to a new view where you will find a detailed history of your payments.
  3. Browse the history: Use the available filters or sorting options to quickly find the information you are interested in.

Automation of billing processes

We have introduced a new billing system that significantly streamlines this process:

  • Automatic counting of domains and subdomains: The system automatically counts all connected domains and subdomains, which greatly simplifies the management of your subscription and eliminates the risk of oversights.
  • Integration with Stripe payment gateway: We have enabled integration with the renowned Stripe payment gateway. This makes payment processing more convenient, faster, and more secure. You can manage your payment methods directly in the system.
  • VAT rate support: Our system automatically calculates the VAT rate based on the billing country, ensuring that your invoices are correct and compliant with applicable regulations.
