From now on, you have direct access to our popular template generator right in the gSignature app (in the “Generator” tab). This allows you to quickly create and customize new email signatures without having to switch between different tools. Using the intuitive interface, you can create professional templates in just a few moments and then seamlessly import them into gSignature.

Our standalone Signature Generator (generator.gsignature.com) now speaks three languages! In addition to English, users can now conveniently work with the tool in Polish and Spanish. Simply select your preferred language from the new selector.

How do I use the new feature?

‍

1. Open the gSignature app.
2. Go to the “Generator” tab.
3. Start creating a new template or edit an existing one.
4. Once you have finished designing, import the template into gSignature.

Automatic Color and Logo Matching to Your Brand Book: gSignature now recognizes your company's domain and automatically adjusts the colors and logo in the signature to match your visual identity.

Improved Synchronization with Google Workspace: A new progress bar lets you track synchronization status in real time, giving you complete control over the process.

New Watermark for Trial Users: If you are using the trial version, your signatures will include a subtle “Email signature created by gS” mark. You can easily disable it by adding a payment card to your account.
