View for an employee after logging into the application:

The employee has a preview of the current design of his e-mail signature.

The function “Download e-mail signature HTML”, gives you the ability to download the footer in HTML mode, for example, to put in an HTML editor.

The second function “Download for Outlook” gives you the ability to download the footer in .htm mode, is commonly used in e-mail signatures such as Outlook. With this function, you can quickly add your personalized signature to your Outlook settings.

If the administrator agrees, then after logging into the application, in the "My Account" tab, the employee has the opportunity to edit his data himself.

The "Save and Install" option - updates the data in the current e-mail signature.
