Instructions on how to manually add an email signature in Microsoft Outlook with gSignature

1. You can find your current company signature by logging in with your Google (SSO) credentials to the gSignature app https://app.gsignature.com/my-account 

a) Then download the signature project to disk with the button “Download for Outlook”

2. Open the Windows search engine

a) In the search box, type %appdata%, press Enter to open the searched user folder.

b) Next, find the Microsoft folder, then the Signatures folder

the entire path to the destination Signatures folder: C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures.

c) While in the Signatures folder, copy the downloaded signature file with the .html extension into it

3. Open Outlook

4. In Outlook, in the upper left corner, open Menu - File - Options 

a) Mail tab, Signatures button....

b) Click on the name of the signature file (email + domain)

c) Set in New messages for the added signature pattern

d) Set in Replies/messages forwarded for the added signature pattern
