Handwritten signature option

Variable ${userHandwritten}

Users can now include a graphic representation of their handwritten signature in their email signature using the dedicated variable ${userHandwritten}.

Two ways to add a signature:

✔️ Select from ready-made templates – a quick option for those who want an aesthetic, handwritten signature without having to create their own.

✔️ Upload your own signature – users can upload an image of their real signature for maximum personalization.

Easy configuration in the user panel

Adding a handwritten signature is simple and available in the “My Account” section of gSignature. Users can upload an image file or choose from ready-made styles and immediately see how the signature will look in their e-mail signature.

Integration with email templates

The ${userHandwritten} variable can be placed anywhere in the e-mail signature, giving users full control over the aesthetics of their signature. The handwritten signature blends in perfectly with other elements of the e-mail signature, such as logos, contact details, and advertising banners.

The ${userPlannedAbsence} variable (planned absences) allows you to automatically insert information about vacation/OOO into the signature based on Google Calendar; you can enable the “Planned absences” option in Advanced Settings, and after activation, the variable becomes available in templates.

From now on, changes in absence texts (Google Calendar and Calamari integration) are automatically refreshed in signatures, without the need to reinstall signatures.
