Extensions
Adding banner links and legal disclaimers. The additions appear in the e-mail signature in the following order:
- Link
- Banner
- Disclaimer
Remember: By updating any add-on (e.g., changing the graphic in the banner), you will simultaneously update all signatures of employees who have this banner in their e-mail signature. The same applies to links and disclaimers. This option is a convenience when one banner is assigned to many employees or many e-mail signatures use one banner.
