Banners
Adding banners: We give the graphic a name, which is also the “alt” title in HTML, the URL of the page, and UTM tags to analyze the traffic generated from the e-mail signature, e.g., in Google Analytics.
Additionally, you can use two banners in one signature (banner 1 and banner 2), and you can set their position in the e-mail signature using ${addonBanner} and ${addonAdditionalBanner}.

Important: 300kB is the recommended graphic size to reduce the risk of mail falling into spam filters.
When uploading a banner graphic, the image scaling function is also available. The system automatically recognizes the size and gives you the opportunity to modify the width . The changes are immediately visible on the preview. Administrators can define the acceptance of the banner by the employee in Advanced Settings https://app.gsignature.com/settings/advanced.
To allow users to disable the banner in the signature, you need to enable the option -the user can disable the banner in his account - My account https://app.gsignature.com/my-account. As long as the option is not disabled, the current banner and any future banners will not be displayed in the account of the employee who disables the presentation of the banner in his/her account.
Banners in email signatures can contain an editable utm parameter, which is utm_source=gsignature by default. This allows you to track the effectiveness of your email marketing campaigns more accurately. The UTM parameter allows you to precisely determine which elements of your campaigns are most effective. You can also add additional UTM parameters (e.g., utm_medium, utm_campaign) and test different layouts (order) for CTR.
