New templates and improvements to the Chrome extension in gSignature

6 new templates in the Signature Generator
We have introduced six completely new signature templates, available in the gSignature app. All of them are ready to use right away – no HTML knowledge or complicated configuration required.
The new templates have been designed with modern business communication in mind and offer:
- different layouts – both horizontal and vertical, with or without social media icons,
- options with highlighted CTA (Call To Action) – e.g. encouraging visitors to visit the website, sign up for a webinar or contact the sales department,
- full compatibility with dynamic variables – i.e. the ability to customize data such as name, position, phone number, or company logo.
You can find the new templates in the Generator tab in the gSignature app – they are available free of charge to all users. This allows you to easily create an email signature that is consistent with your brand's visual identity and tailored to the user's role in the organization.
Improved Chrome extension
The second key area of the update is the gSignature extension for Chrome, which has gained new features that automate work in Gmail.
The most important changes are:
- automatic differentiation of recipients (internal, external, mixed) and matching of the appropriate signature,
- insertion of signatures in new messages and replies without the need for manual intervention,
- even faster loading of email footers in the Gmail editor window.
With this extension, you no longer have to select your signature manually – the system will do it for you, ensuring consistent communication and saving time for the entire team.
