Users can use saved payment methods, which shortens the entire process and reduces the number of steps needed to complete a payment. We’ve also introduced several significant changes to the billing logic. For monthly plans, a special dialog now appears during the first Stripe payment. It explains how fees are calculated at the end of the month and how prorated billing works. For annual plans, the process has been simplified even further. The administrator can specify the number of licenses right away during the purchase in Stripe. Additionally, for active subscriptions, we’ve added an Add licenses button, which allows you to increase the number of licenses during the billing period. The cost of additional seats is calculated proportionally to the remaining subscription time, providing greater flexibility and a better fit for the organization’s actual needs.
In the Payment Method section, we’ve also added a Subscription info panel. It’s a small change with significant practical value.
